In case of non-standard and specialized texts, rates are determined on individual basis, depending on the level of difficulty of translation.
INTERPRETATION :
Rates for interpretation are determined on individual basis.
The basic rate is PLN 150/hour.
DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL RATES :

To our regular Clients we offer 10-20% discount

20% discount for standard documents: Vital Records and school certificates, diplomas, employment certificates, criminal records statement, etc.

Translation of German vehicle registration documents: PLN 30/page
ADDITIONAL CHARGES :
- Express translations - completed on the day of acceptance: we charge extra 50% on top of the basic rate (with exception of standard documents)
- Specialized translations: we charge extra 25%-100%
- Translation of handwritten texts or forms completed by hand: 25% on top of the basic rate
- Translation of fairly illegible or damaged documents: 25% on top of the basic rate
- Verification and certification of a document translated by a third party: 50% of the basic rate
- Additional copy of translation: 20% of the basic rate
- Correction of texts following typesetting and text makeup: 50% of the basic rate
Prices are quoted as net amounts. Please add 23% VAT to the total.
